The hotel was a bit run-down and in need of repair and upgrading, but it was reasonably clean given its overall poor condition. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making it one of the best experiences we've had traveling. The location, while close to I70, was not noisy, but it needs renovation. The dining experience was really low quality, and the continental breakfast was odd and lacking variety.

I chose to stay at this hotel primarily due to its great location near Walmart and dining places. While the rooms seemed like they could use a fresh coat of paint due to scuff marks, the friendly service completely made me forget about the initial impression. The quiet and safe surroundings added to the overall positive experience, although the conflict with what was stated on the booking was a minor issue.
